Helios and Appollon buying solar companies working in Ukraine

KIEV, Sept. 10 - Helios Netherlands B.V. and Appollon B.V. (both based in the Netherlands) are intending to buy 100% stakes in Bolhrad Solar, Neptune Solar and Delta Solar, which exploit solar power plants in Odessa and Mykolaiv regions and in Crimea.
