Tatneft asks oil traders to halt deliveries to Kremenchuk refinery

KAZAN, Dec. 12 - Tatneft has sent a letter to oil traders from Russia and foreign companies with a request not to cooperate with the raiders that have seized UkrTatNafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region), First Deputy Tatneft Director General Nail Maganov told Interfax.
