Price of Russian gas will be stable in 2014, Azarov says on Facebook

KIEV, Jan. 10 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said he is sure that the price of Russian import gas will be stable in 2014 for Ukraine.

"My forecast concerning gas price for 2014 looks like this: gas price will be stable for us," he wrote on his page on Facebook on Friday.


Ukraine to remove 1,250 tons of toxic rocket fuel component

KIEV, Jan. 11 – With the assistance of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Ukraine plans by the end of February to remove 1,250 tons of rocket fuel component known as "melange," which has been stored at stockpiles of land troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Odessa region, for utilization in Russia, the Defense Ministry reported.
