Corruption remain key obstacle to investing in Ukraine, survey finds

Ukraine’s 2018 grain harvest forecast increased to 63.1-mln mt
KYIV, Sept 11 – The Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry of Ukraine has reviewed upwards the 2018 grain harvest forecast from over 60 million tons to 63.1 million tons, which is 1.1 million tons more than in the previous agricultural year, acting Agricultural Policy and Food Minister Maksym Martyniuk wrote on his Facebook page. |
Severodonetsk Azot suspends production of nitrogen fertilizers
KYIV, Sept 12 – Severodonetsk Azot (Luhansk region) of Ostchem holding, part of Dmytro Firtash's Group DF, has suspended production of nitrogen fertilizers over the accumulation of products at warehouse in the amount enough to fully cover the needs of farmers, the press service of Group DF has reported. |
