Government to borrow UAH15 billion for housing and utility projects

KIEV, May 14 – The Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Ministry today discussed investment projects in the housing and utilities and regional development areas with the possibility of raising some UAH 15 billion from international financial organizations, Minister Hennadiy Temnyk said.

Cabinet action raises price of natural gas for most end users

KIEV, May 13 - As a result of the actions of the Cabinet, the price of natural gas for most end users in Ukraine's industry and comparable consumers will rise to UAH1,476.71 for 1,000 cubic meters as of June 1, clearing the psychological barrier of $300 for 1,000 cubic meters.

Ukraine’s largest oil refinery starts to import oil from Belarus

KIEV, May 14 - Ukraine’s largest oil refinery, UkrTatNafta, plagued by a dispute with Russian oil company Tatneft, one of its shareholders, started to import crude oil from Belarus, a source at the company said Wednesday.
