Ukraine’s second-largest oil refinery forced to close after outage

KIEV, Aug. 14 - Ukraine’s second-largest oil refinery, Linos, owned by Russian oil major TNK-BP, was forced to shut down its operation on Tuesday after an unexpected power outage hit the facility, the company reported.
