Russian invasion cut demand for foreign currency loans in Ukraine
KYIV, Nov 14 – The full-scale Russian invasion has practically destroyed the demand for foreign currency loans, facilitating a reorientation towards lending in national currency, which is a good indicator for the economy, this opinion was expressed by the director of the financial stability department of the NBU, Pervin Dadashova.

Russian troops destroyed $270-mln of Ukrlandfarming assets in Kherson
KYIV, Nov 14 – Russian troops destroyed and plundered an agricultural enterprise from the Ukrlandfarming agricultural holding in Novoraisk, Kherson region, and agricultural machinery, plant protection products, fertilizers and about 100,000 tons of sunflower and corn seeds were stolen from the enterprise, the total damage to the enterprise is estimated at $250-270 million.

U.S., Ukraine discuss trade agreement, ways to speed up economic reforms
KYIV, Nov 11 – Ukraine and the United States during the tenth meeting of the Ukrainian-U.S. Council on Trade and Investment discussed further steps to revise the Trade and Investment Cooperation Agreement (TICA) concluded in 2008, the Economy Ministry has said following the meeting held on November 9.

Ukraine may boost grain, oilseed exports to 83.6-mln mt per year: UGA
KYIV, Nov 11 - The Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA) expects an increase in annual exports of grains, legumes and oilseeds from Ukraine for a four-year period, including 2022-2026 marketing years (MY, July-June), to 83.63 million tons with their annual production at the level of 118 million tons, UGZA President Mykola Horbachev said at an online press conference.

Canada’s Tenaz Energy Corp. seeks to tap hydrocarbon projects in Ukraine
KYIV, Nov 11 – Canadian-based Tenaz Energy Corp. is interested in the implementation of projects for the development of hydrocarbon areas in Ukraine, head of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine Roman Opimakh said on Facebook after a meeting with executive director of the company Anthony Marino in Kyiv.
