KIEV, Feb. 11 - Activ Solar has filed for reorganization in Austria due to its investment exposure in Ukraine, the company said in a report published on February 10.


NCER extends Naftogaz and Ukrtransgaz transit deal with Gazprom

KIEV, Feb. 11 – The National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation has permitted Naftogaz Ukrainy and Ukrtransgaz to transit natural gas under existing contracts with OJSC Gazprom until March 1 to avoid interruption of gas transit across Ukraine.


Pork prices plummet, causing Pig Breeders Association to worry

USDA reduces Ukraine 2011-2012 wheat export forecast by 14.3%

KIEV, Feb. 13 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has reduced its wheat export forecast for Ukraine in the 2011-2012 agricultural (July 2011-June 2012) by 14.3% or by one million tons compared to projections made in the previous month, to six million tons.
