Ukrenergo doesn’t qualify as independent power system operator

KYIV, Feb 13 – Ukrenergo power grid cannot be certified as an independent electricity transmission system operator in line with the model approved by the preliminary decision of the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation of Ukraine on the certification of the company, the Energy Community Secretariat has said.
