No haircuts for Ukreximbank and Oschadbank LPNs, finance ministry says

KIEV, April 16 – The Extended Fund Facility of the International Monetary Fund, which foresees the restructuring of Ukraine's sovereign and quasi-sovereign foreign debt, only requires Ukreximbank and Oschadbank to lengthen maturities on their loan participation notes but not impose and “haircut“ or coupon reduction on investors, the Finance Ministry said.


NBU raises discount rate by 3% to try to bolster Ukraine currency

KIEV, April 14 – The National Bank of Ukraine as of April 15 has raised its discount rate to 9.5% from 6.5% per annum, where it has been fixed since August 13, 2013, the NBU said.

KIEV, April 13 - TNK-BP is convinced it will win a tender to sign a PSA agreement for the Yuzovska field (Kharkiv and Donetsk regions), German Khan, TNK-BP executive director at told reporters in Kiev.
