North Korean troops to join Russia in Ukraine

IAEA to watch seven key substations during Russian missile attacks

KYIV, Oct 16 – Ukraine has identified seven substations that are critical for distributing power from nuclear plants, which will now be under the watch of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) missions, according to Petro Kotin, head of National Nuclear Power Generating Company Energoatom.
