BRUSSELS, Oct 17 - President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Thursday his government has intelligence information that 10,000 troops from North Korea are being prepared to join Russian forces fighting against his country, warning that a third nation wading into the hostilities would turn the conflict into a “world war.”

17.10.2024 IAEA to watch seven key substations during Russian missile attacks
KYIV, Oct 16 – Ukraine has identified seven substations that are critical for distributing power from nuclear plants, which will now be under the watch of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) missions, according to Petro Kotin, head of National Nuclear Power Generating Company Energoatom. He made the announcement at the international conference "Nuclear Opportunities for the Country's Development: Wartime and Post-War Recovery" organized by the company on October 15.
