U.S. limits Ukraine as N Korea enters war

WASHINGTON, Oct 28 - The U.S. will not let Ukraine use American weapons for deep strike even if as North Korea joins Russia's war, the Pentagon said on Monday, Reuters reported Monday. NATO said North Korean military units have been deployed to the Kursk region in Russia.

European Commission to provide EUR 18-bln in aid to support Ukraine

KYIV, Oct 28 – The European Commission welcomes the consensus reached by the EU and G7 partners on October 25 in Washington to collectively provide loans for EUR 45 billion (approximately $50 billion) in loans under the G7 Emergency Revenue Acceleration (ERA) initiative for Ukraine, and intends to provide EUR 18 billion of this amount.

Combined revenue of top 30 Ukrainian IT firm declines 9.7% on year in 2023

KYIV, Oct 25 – The combined revenue of the top 30 IT companies, which represent 42% of Ukraine's total IT market revenue, decreased by 9.7% in 2023 compared to 2022, amounting to $2.47 billion, according to a report by the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) in its IT & Telecom sector.
